1. What is Credit Repair?

Credit repair involves identifying and addressing inaccuracies or discrepancies on your credit report to improve your credit score. We follow legal laws under the FCRA Fair Credit Reporting Act.

2. How do i get started with credit repair?

  1. Choose a credit repair package
  2. Check your email for your client portal login
  3. Complete onboarding: sign the contract, sign up for credit monitoring, and upload your documents.

3. What documents are needed for credit repair?

  • Clear photo of your SSN card
  • Valid photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport)
  • Proof of address dated within the last 30 days
  • Last 4 digits of your SSN

4. how do credit repair services work?

Once you’re enrolled and your documents are received, Your personal info will be updated with the credit bureaus. Dispute letters will be generated and sent within 3 business days. Every 30–35 days, we’ll initiate a new round of disputes like collections, charge-offs, late payments, etc. 

5. how long does credit repair take?

Each round takes 30–45 business days (7–9 calendar weeks) for updates. Please do not contact us about updates before this time. Every case is unique; some clients see results faster than others depending on their credit situation.

6. how often will i recieve updates?

Updates are provided once per month via email. You’ll also see changes reflected in your My Score IQ account. Do not manually refresh your report, or additional charges may apply.

NO! WE do not work for the credit bureaus Unfortunately they control how fast disputes are responded to.

9. If I miss a payment on my payment plan/monthly payment without notice what happens?

ALL SERVICES WILL BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY IF YOU VIOLATE YOUR PAYMENT AGREEMENT. THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER LETTERS SENT ON YOUR BEHALF OR UPDATES GIVEN FOR NON-CLIENTS. PLEASE CEASE ALL COMMUNICATION VIA EMAIL AS IT WILL NOT BE RESPONDED TO.

10. How do I know that letters are being sent out?

In My Score IQ in the comment section of every account it should say consumer disputes account. You will also receive an email from us.

11. Can I apply for credit cards during credit repair?

NO! We prefer you to wait until you we have completed services to apply for anything. If you don’t have ANY credit cards then you may apply for one credit card during your services.

12.  I have not received any mail from these disputes what does that mean?

I have no control over the credit bureaus sending mail. I can only control what I send out.

13. What happens if I receive a stall letter?

WE redispute all the accounts.

14. Does credit repair guarantee 100% removal?

Creditholics complies with the Federal Trade Commission, State, and Local government regulations and the Credit Repair Organization Act, in that we cannot, by law, guarantee a specific outcome or result. However, we do promise to legally do everything possible on your behalf to restore your good credit.

15. How can I keep track of my credit repair process?

We assign you a personal username and password to access our online portal Client Portal to track your credit repair process. Our customer service representatives are also available Monday thru Friday from 8:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m to answer any questions you may have.

16.What is your return policy?

All digital products are nonrefundable and we do not offer returns or exchanges for them. For our credit repair services, You have 72 hours after your first payment to cancel and request a refund. After 72 hours, no refunds will be given, especially once letters are sent. No exceptions will be made. For more details, please refer to our full policy

17. Can Credit Repair Help Me Get a Car, House, or Loan?

Absolutely! Better credit makes it easier to qualify for loans, auto financing, or mortgages — and at lower interest rates.

18. Can I Re-Enroll After Being Dismissed?

Yes, but: You must re-enroll at the current full price, You will restart at round 1 and You cannot rejoin under any prior discount or promotion.
